"Oh Deer" - A Lesson in Habitats and Population Change

Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Parks’ classes did a scientific study in Science class on population changes in our environment. Some of the students were deer and some of them were part of a habitat. They had to choose water, shelter, or food. Once they chose the teacher said “Oh Deer”. If the deer did not find the part of the habitat they needed, it turned into part of the habitat as well. The students then made a line plot to see the deer population change.
