October Students of the Month

Congratulations to our V-H Students of the month for October!

Sadie

Sadie Johnson is consistently making green choices and serves as a true leader and role model for all students in our class. She follows directions quickly, works hard on every assignment, and shows kindness to all her classmates.

Sadie approaches any problems with friends calmly and respectfully, always seeking positive solutions. She takes responsibility for her learning by participating fully and giving her best effort in every activity.

I am excited to see how Sadie’s dedication to putting the Character Pillars into practice each day will continue to help her grow and learn! 🌟

Sophia

Sophia Jensen, a fifth-grade student at Viborg-Hurley Middle School, is friendly, kind, and always willing to help others without being asked. She consistently puts forth tremendous effort in the classroom and was a member of the first-quarter Superior Honor Roll at VHMS.

We are proud to recognize Sophia Jensen as the Viborg-Hurley Middle School Student of the Month for October. Keep up the great work, Sophia! 🌟

Michael

Some words from the high school staff:

Michael Pyne is a Junior at VHHS.  His friendly nature and ready smile make everyone's day a bit brighter.  I appreciate his work ethic and the positive attitude he brings with him each day!

"Michael is a very kind-hearted student who consistently goes out of his way to help others. When his classmates struggle with a concept, he takes the time to explain it in a way that helps them truly understand—not just giving them the answers, but teaching them how to solve problems on their own. He is always willing to lend a hand, whether it’s assisting other students, volunteering for tasks, or helping with school activities like working concessions.

Michael approaches every responsibility with a positive attitude and never complains. Michael represents what it means to be caring and selfless. His generosity and positive spirit make him a wonderful student and peer, and he deserves recognition for his kind-hearted nature."
