The SD Department of Health will be hosting a flu clinic for the students of the Viborg-Hurley School District. The clinic will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd in
both Viborg and Hurley. If you would like your child to receive the influenza vaccine at that time (if they have not received theirs for this flu season), please fill out the "Influenza Consent Form" and return it to the school by Friday November 21. (Link attached). This should also include a copy of your insurance or medicaid card.
