Congratulations to our V-H Students of the month for January!

Carson has done a great job lately being a leader in class. He has modeled what it looks like to be responsible, respectful, a good citizen and trustworthy. He regularly helps to tidy the classroom, even when he isn't expected to do that job. He always takes feedback from the teacher with a respectful response. I know that I can trust him to tell me the truth, even when it isn't easy. Carson would be a great choice for student of the month! His being in school makes the school a better place!

Seth Wiersema, a 6th grader at Viborg-Hurley Middle School, is being recognized as the January Student of the Month for his incredible work habits and outstanding character in the classroom and around the school building. He always has a smile ready and a positive attitude to match. He is a high-achieving student who puts forth great effort in his work, and his manners are exceptional. Seth is a friend to all students and is willing to help others when needed.

"Tatum is hard-working and is always willing to learn something new no matter how hard the challenge is. She makes sure to keep up with her assignments and is proactive to make sure she reschedules any lessons she may need to miss." Mr. Mason—VH Band
