We are proud to announce our Teacher of the Year! Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Laura Nettifee, was selected as the 2025-2026 V-H Teacher of the Year!
Mrs. Nettifee is an outstanding teacher who continues the strong tradition of excellence in our kindergarten classroom at Viborg-Hurley. She is caring, nurtures growth in her students, and puts her heart into teaching every day. We are truly blessed to have Mrs. Nettifee as part of the Viborg-Hurley School District, and I sincerely appreciate everything she does for our students, staff, and communities.

She is a true superhero for our little ones, embodying patience, strength, and a caring heart that makes every child feel seen and valued. She goes above and beyond daily, taking time to genuinely connect with each student and creating a fun, welcoming environment where learning thrives. Her great communication skills and obvious love for teaching shine through in her constant smile, making her more than deserving of recognition for the incredible foundation she's building for our children's next steps in life.
