This past Tuesday, Mr. Cory Jacobsen was able to take the high school anatomy & physiology class to the USD Campus in Vermillion to participate in the Anatomy Lab Tour. The class was able to experience dissected cadavers and were able to observe and interact with real human anatomical structures. Students were even given the opportunity to touch organs, providing a hands-on learning experience that deepened their understanding of body systems and anatomical relationships. This unique experience allowed students to connect classroom learning to real-world applications in medicine and health sciences, making it both impactful and memorable. Thank you to Denise, Taylor and Megan at the USD labs for their guidance.
