Congratulations to Maren, Sadie and Jeremyah for being our September Students of the Month!
Maren is consistently doing what is asked of her. She is always looking for ways to go above and beyond. Whether it be participating in class, picking up after herself, asking questions when stuck, she has been a great role model for all those around her. While all those things are amazing ways to show you are ready to learn, the primary reason I am nominating Maren as our September Student of the Month is that she is always choosing KINDNESS. It has been an absolute pleasure witnessing the words and ACTIONS affecting everyone around her in such a positive light.

Congratulations to Sadie Benson, a 6th grader, on being selected as the Viborg-Hurley Middle School September Student of the Month!
Sadie is a very polite and hardworking student who consistently puts forth her best effort in the classroom. She always has a smile on her face and brings a positive attitude to those around her. While Sadie may not always be the most talkative or eager to share, when she is called upon in class, she takes her time and gives her very best answer.
Sadie also does a wonderful job of making sure everyone feels included when working in small groups. Her kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to work hard make her a great example for her classmates.
