September 23rd's volleyball match between the Viborg-Hurley Cougars and Centerville Tornadoes will be recognized as Block Out Childhood Cancer Night. Our two communities share a bond that no one could have ever imagined sharing. Childhood Cancer Awareness holds a special place in our hearts for both communities. The Cougars and Tornadoes invite you to wear gold or yellow in honor of those lost to childhood cancer, those still fighting and for support of families who have been affected. You may also purchase a 2021 Block Out Cancer tshirt from the link below to show support. Proceeds from the tshirt fundraiser will be used toward each volleyball team's gold tshirts and the rest will be donated to the American Childhood Cancer Organization (ACCO). An announcement of the total donated to ACCO will be announced soon after the Sept 23rd match. The online store closes at 11:59pm on Monday, September 13th.
