The PTO has asked for permission from the elementary and middle school students to help with some fundraising. The students will be coming home this week with 5 coupon books. The coupon books sell for $20/each and are full of coupons. With the purchase of the coupon book, you are also able to download mobile coupons with the code on the back of the book The instructions/information are included with the books. The PTO helps all areas of the school including students AND staff. Some of the things we've helped with or sponsor: Backpack program, Middle School Dance, Homecoming Dance, Food for the staff during parent-teacher conferences, Muffins with Mom, Donuts with Dad, the Middle School Breakfast, Carnival, Charter Buses, New Treadmill for the weight room, movies at the Lund, Staff Appreciation gifts, pizza parties, classroom snacks, etc.
There are some pretty fabulous prizes the kids can earn along with a chance for their class to win a pizza party or a chance to pie/duct tape Mr. Mellem or Mr. Jensen.
Their goal is to sell the 5 books they come home with. And if they want to sell more... once they turn their money in from the first 5 books, we will give them an additional 5 books to sell. We will keep giving them books each time they turn in the money.
This is the first time we've ever done this type of fundraiser so would appreciate everyone's support so the PTO can continue to support our staff and students. The fundraiser ends October 15th.
