On behalf of all of us at Viborg-Hurley School, we want to thank all of those who have served and are serving. Thank you to the families of these servicemen and women for your sacrifice as well. As a nation, we don't thank you enough for the sacrifices you have made for our great nation and want you to know that you are not forgotten.
We held Veterans Day programs at both buildings this morning honoring our men and women along with their families.
The Stitchin Chicks Quilt Guild presented two lucky veterans with a Quilt of Freedom during the program. Robert Christensen and Harley Melhaf were the winners of the quilts.
