In second grade right now we are on our measuring unit. Today in Miss Steemken's class we measured our classroom. We used teamwork and used rulers to measure it. Once we found out it was 28 feet wide we did conversions on the board together to see how many inches our classroom was. We knew 12 inches was in one foot. With that information we worked together as a class to find out how many inches our classroom was. We found out that our class is 28 feet or 336 inches wide!
