Viborg-Hurley Flex/E-Learning is set to begin on Tuesday, March 24th (4-Days of Education this week). Elementary packets will be available for pickup at the Viborg building from 8am-12:30pm & 4-7pm on Tuesday. Middle School/High School students will begin classes Monday/Tuesday. Please check your teacher's websites for more details. We are currently working on allowing videos/Zoom meetings on the student's chromebooks/laptops and are expected to have everything ready to roll by Tuesday morning.

The World Classrooms trip has been rescheduled for June 10-14, 2021
The Viborg-Hurley School District will begin Flex/Online Learning for students on Tuesday, March 24th. Students preK-4th will receive paper based packets, students 5-12 will be online based learning. Please see attached documents concerning supplies/materials pickup schedules and student resources. Teachers will be available by email for parent/student contact and weekly learning plans will be posted on each teacher website.

The early childhood screening originally planned for the 26th of March has been postponed. Please watch the school website for any updates on rescheduling.
The Viborg-Hurley School District is wanting to know how many students in grades 5-12 do NOT have internet access at home. Please call the school at 766-5418 if you do NOT have internet services at home for your 5-12 student(s). Please leave a message if no answer.

You can pick up the lunches at the front doors of the Viborg or Hurley building locations. The lunches will be available from 11:15-12:30 at both locations on Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
The Viborg-Hurley School District has been working with local volunteers to organize the distribution of free sack lunches for children on Wednesday, March 18th and Thursday, March 19th.

The School Buildings will be closed beginning today, March 13th at 5:00 pm. There will be no use of the facilities by any outside organizations or groups until further notice. Custodial staff will continue to clean and disinfect throughout the buildings. No Key Fob Access.
After considering all aspects of the COVID-19 situation, Governor Kristi Noem is recommending that all schools in SD be closed next week, March 16-20. This step is being taken in order to stay ahead of the spread of the coronavirus. As a result, there will be NO SCHOOL next week!
